AI Training for Your Team
Everyone has an AI license.
Few people use it well.
We're here to help.
THE HARD PARTS //
What slows AI Training teams down…
Licenses nobody uses
You bought seats for ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, and a few months later a handful of people use them every day. Everyone else tried it once, got a generic answer and went back to the old way. Generic training covers prompts in the abstract, not the reports, tickets and spreadsheets your people actually work on.
No rules, or the wrong rules
Without a policy, people paste customer data into personal accounts and nobody knows which tools are in use. With a blanket ban, they do it anyway on their phones. Either way, legal and security can't answer basic questions about what data left the company, which vendors hold it and who approved them.
Pilots that never ship
A team builds a promising demo on a vendor API, shows it to leadership and then stalls. Nobody can say how accurate it is, what it costs at volume or what happens when it is wrong. Without evaluation sets and clean training data, every debate about the model is opinion, and the pilot quietly dies.
Models that don't know you
General models don't know your products, your terminology or your past decisions. They answer confidently anyway. Teams try to fix it with longer prompts, then with a quick retrieval setup that returns the wrong documents. Without a plan for data, retrieval and evaluation, the model keeps sounding right while getting your specifics wrong.

Projects Delivered
Web platforms, AI systems, integrations and security programs shipped to production for startups and enterprises. Counted when they go live, not when the demo works.
25
Years in Business
Twenty-five years of shipping software, through every platform shift from the web to mobile, cloud and now AI. Long enough to know which shortcuts cost you later.

HANDS-ON TEAM WORKSHOPS
Adoption fails on skills and trust, not on the model. People need to see AI work on their own tasks before they change how they work, and they need to know where it fails before they rely on it. A generic webinar on prompting changes nothing on Monday morning, and a tool rolled out without guidance gets used badly or not at all.
We run role-based workshops for operations, finance, sales and engineering, using your own data, tools and approved accounts. Each session works through real tasks from that team, such as reconciling a report, drafting a proposal or reviewing a pull request, and ends with a playbook the team keeps: prompts that worked, checks to run on the output and guardrails for sensitive data. Follow-up sessions measure what people actually adopted.
CUSTOM MODEL TRAINING & EVALUATION
Fine-tuning is rarely the first answer, and retrieval done badly is worse than none. Most custom AI projects fail on data, not modeling: training sets that are small or mislabeled, document stores full of outdated versions, and no agreed way to tell whether a new version is better than the last. Without that, every model change is a guess.
We build the data pipelines first, then choose the lightest approach that meets the bar: retrieval over your documents with pgvector or Pinecone, fine-tuning open models from Hugging Face, or a well-prompted vendor model from Anthropic or OpenAI. Every option is measured against evaluation suites built from your own examples, so accuracy, cost and latency are numbers rather than opinions. Models run on your infrastructure or through vendor APIs, whichever your data rules allow.
AI GOVERNANCE
Most companies already use AI in places leadership hasn't approved. Staff paste contracts into personal accounts, vendors switch on AI features in tools you already pay for, and nobody owns the question of what data goes where. Banning it drives usage out of sight. Ignoring it leaves you unable to answer a customer's security questionnaire honestly.
We write a usage policy people can follow, set up access controls and approved accounts so sensitive data stays in sanctioned tools, and review AI vendors for data retention, training use and contract terms. Monitoring shows which tools are in use and by whom, and incident playbooks cover the cases you hope never happen, such as leaked data, a harmful output or a vendor breach. Policies are reviewed on a schedule as tools change.
