EHR & FHIR INTEGRATIONS

Every health product eventually needs the EHR. Epic, Oracle Health and athenahealth each expose data differently, and the same system behaves differently across sites. HL7 v2 messages, FHIR resources and document feeds have to be mapped, reconciled and monitored, because a dropped message or a mismatched patient ID is a clinical risk, not just a bug.

We build integrations for eligibility, scheduling, results, orders and clinical documents using HL7 v2 and FHIR, with patient matching, retries and replay built in. Interfaces are tested against vendor sandboxes and real message samples before go-live. In production, dashboards track message volume, latency and failures by site, and alerts reach your team before a clinic calls.

CLINICAL & ADMIN AI

AI in healthcare fails when it can't be checked. An ambient note that invents a medication, a prior-auth letter that misstates the history or a triage label that buries an urgent message is worse than no tool at all. Every one of these workflows touches PHI, so where the model runs matters as much as what it does.

We build ambient note drafting, prior-auth letters, coding assistance and patient-message triage that work from the chart and cite their sources. Clinicians review and sign everything that reaches a record or a payer.
